Our "Weekly Research" policy:

We ask our consultants to spend appreciable time each week at the McWest home office (client schedule permitting). The time is spent primarily in research, training, and knowledge sharing (at no cost to the client). This helps our consultants continue to provide the most current and relevant technical advice possible.
